That is really nice of your John, I'm a 22 year old guy with 3 kids trying to make a living.  I didn't do anything wrong to you either except make a frame that was not straight. I even tried to refund your full amount of money and it didn't go through because I didn't have the proper updates on my merchant account.  And apparently you already did a chargeback so I guess we will have to let that go through.  I will also call my lawyer tomorrow with copies of the page you made and emails you sent out and see if it is grounds for slander. I don't think you can say some of those things that are not factual. dave
