PURCHASED ONE CUSTOM MOTOR CYCLE FRAME ON 04/08/08
On April 8th 2008 one Fuel Fabrications custom frame was purchased from Mr. David Plants of St Mary’s PA 814-512-1288.
There was a eight week delivery time on this unit. After several correspondences and phone calls the deal was made.
On June 10 2008 the frame was delivered through UPS. Below are pictures of the workmanship of this unit

NOW LETS GET TO THE DESIGN ISSUES AS IF THE ABOVE IS NOT ENOUGH!

After close inspection of the frame on June 11th and 12th Mr David Plants was contacted and made aware of the
fabrication errors in the frame. It was discussed that I return the frame for either repair, replacement, or full refund.
On 06/13/08 frame was shipped back to Mr Plants in St Marys PA UPS recipt,tacking No. and link enclosed
The return recipt has a signature by a Mr Shrubb, that being said it’s hard to imagine that Fuel Fabrications Inc. might claim that they not receive their frame back.
This of course has not transpired as of yet!

On 06/18/08 Mr Plants was contacted once again by phone, it was then discussed that he could cut the frame
apart and replace the maladjusted frame uprighs, i.e cut the upright off and move it so the frame could at least be functional.
As fabricated the miss placement of the left up right, the frame will not work at all!. I informed Mr. Plants that I purchased a new frame, not
second that was modified, and expected to receive a blem free unit (new). Mr. Plants indicated that he did not have time to build a new frame. I suppose he was
busy building seconds, they build quicker. In any event it was agreed upon that he would refund the full amount $1500.00 on the 18th of June.
He at that time indicated it would take two days to post, this seemed reasonable to me since the transaction in April was approximately two days to post (enclosed).
By the end of the week 06/21/08 the transaction had not posted, Mr. Plants was contacted all weekend by phone and e-mail with no response.
On the 23rd Mr Plants contacted me and indicated that he had traveled to the South Carolina Burn Out for the weekend. No wonder he has no
time to build frames, or refund money, he's spending it! In the 06/23/08 e-mail Mr. Plants indicated that refund would be posted 06/23/08 by 3PM
.
On the 24th and 25 respectively there was no post, Mr Plants was contacted again on 06/25/08 by phone with no response. As of this writing
06/27/2008 there has still been no return calls, e-mails or credit post. Visa credit card has been notified and a dispute filed.
Review these pictures and the correspondence below, do not do business with this merchant as he
will not be honest with you! Above find several similar events on his feed back with a e-bay members, where the buyers has had
the similar problems. How many people are out there that he has not been forth right with and have no recourse to take action?
